Site work for a mixed-use development in Shelby, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Description: The Cleveland County Justice Center located at 100 Justice Pl, Shelby, NC 28150 is a multi-story structure which will bid in multiple phases. The project replaces existing Courthouse, Detention Center, and Sheriff's Law Enforcement Facility. The scope for the below mentioned package will include grading, storm drainage, water lines, sanitary sewer etc. BP02B EARLY SITEWORK & UTILITIES Any bid package that does not open on March 28, 2023, will Re-Bid Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 2:00 pm at the offices of Yates-Metcon JV, 404 E. Marion St, Suite 6, Shelby NC, 28150. As of July 22, 2024, a general contractor has not yet been announced for this poject. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released.
