Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sandusky, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Sandusky is currently advertising for bids on the ERI-CR0507-00.49 Monroe Street project, see legal advertisement attached. This project will provide for improvements to East Monroe Street from Decatur Street to Meigs Street and includes milling of existing pavement, resurfacing with intermediate and surface courses of asphalt, full depth and partial depth base repairs, limited curb and gutter improvements, adjustments to manholes, monument boxes and water value boxes, ADA curb ramps and pavement markings. All questions shall be directed to Jane Cullen, P.E., Assistant City Engineer in writing via email at jcullen@cityofsandusky.com no later than Monday, November 28, 2022 at 8:00am. The successful bidder MUST be an Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) prequalified contractor at the time of bidding. There is a 7% DBE requirement that must be met on this project.
