For CDBG FY21 Demolition Project #4 All questions shall be submitted no later than 8:00am on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 through written means only and directed to Nicole Grohe, CDBG Program Administrator at ngrohe@cityofsandusky.com. Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained electronically by purchasing a flash drive for $10 from the Public Works Department, or may be sent electronically at NO CHARGE upon email request to mstookey@cityofsandusky.com. This project is Davis Bacon prevailing wages. The successful bidder shall be required to pay wages equal to or exceeding the minimum wages as currently published by the US Department of Labor and HUD4010, Federal Labor Standard Provisions.
