This project is to remove and dispose of the old booster heater and furnish and install a new Hatco Model PMG-200 booster heater at Dilworth Elementary, 1953 S 2100 E., Salt Lake City, Utah per the specifications. The scope shall include the booster heater, complete installation, standard warranty, and removal/disposal of old unit. All work shall be in accordance with professional standards of the trade. This solicitation is issued for vendors to quote on a project to remove and dispose of the old booster heater, and furnish and install a new Booster Heater, Hatco Model PMG-200 or equivalent at Dilworth Elementary School, 19532 South 2100 East, SLC, Utah per the specifications contained herein. Successful vendor will be required to provide all equipment, labor, materials, delivery and warranty for a completed project as required herein. NOTE: This is a brand name or equal specification. Vendors who wish to offer/quote an alternate make and model must submit data sufficient to prove that the product is equal. Failure to do so will result in that quote being rejected as nonresponsive. ALSO NOTE: Your quote must include a completion date for delivery and installation. Enter delivery date information in the notes section of the RFQ or upload that information as a separate document. The quoted delivery time will be considered along with price in evaluating the quotes received. If the best delivery time is included with a quote that is not low but is close to the low quote, the district reserves the right to make the vendor selection based on the delivery time. Child health, safety, work load, and other considerations may all be factored into that decision. The determination as to what constitutes a quote that is close enough to justify a delivery based decision is at the sole discretion of the SLC School District. All questions regarding this solicitation must be asked in writing in electronically or at a pre-quote site visit. Answers to all questions will be provided in electronically. Only answers issued through the BidSync system or issued via an authorized and properly issued addendum shall be the official position of the SLCSD.
