The Town of Killingly ("Owner"), on behalf of the Permanent Building Committee, is seeking proposals from qualified Special Inspection and Material Testing Firms (Testing Agency) to conduct Special Inspections and Materials Testing during construction of State Project No. 069-0069 RNV Killingly Memorial School Renovation and Expansion located at 369 Main Street, Danielson, CT. Respondents are required to submit three (3) original hard copies and one electronic (PDF) copy on a transportable drive of their complete proposal package. Original copies and the transportable drive must be in a sealed envelope labeled: Complete special inspections and/or material testing for the killingly memorial school expansion/renovation project with a construction cost of approx. $29,620,400 Questions pertaining to this Invitation to Submit a Proposal must be communicated in writing and submitted by email to Michael LoSasso, AIA at mlosassogantinozzi.com. Include reference to the State Project No. 069-0069RNV and Killingly. Memorial School Special Inspections and Materials Testing. Responses will be distributed via addenda. Please note that the Permanent Building Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or waive defects in the same, if it deems such to be in the best interest of the project. The Permanent Building Committee is not required to accept the lowest fee proposal, neither is it obligated to enter into an agreement based on any proposal submitted in response to this Invitation to Submit Proposal. All costs incurred in the preparation of the proposal will be borne entirely by the proposer. All proposals submitted become the property of the Town of Killingly. Question Deadline November 17,2022
