2023 Maintenance and Repair Materials The following materials will be bid: Bituminous Concrete HMA 19M-64 Bituminous Concrete HMA 9.5M-64 Bituminous Concrete Mix I-4 Bituminous Concrete Mix I-5 Bituminous Concrete Mix I-2 Densely Graded Aggregate (DGA) 2"-4" Clean Stone 3/4" Clean Crushed Stone 1-1/2" Clean Crushed Stone Screenings Rip Rap, R4 6" to 8" clean Bid Documents for the proposed work have been prepared by Thomas R. Decker P.E., Alexandria Township Engineer, Van Cleef Engineering, 32 Brower Lane, Hillsborough NJ. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated thereon and required and included in the Bid Documents, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder, the name of the project and the date of the bid. Pleasant Road Milford, NJ 08848 Upon receipt and opening of the bids, the Township reserves the right to hold the bids for up to a period of sixty (60) days thereafter before making the award. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive or permit the cure of any minor deficiency or irregularity in accordance with New Jersey law. In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A.10:5-33, Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
