The contract is governed by the law applicable in Quebec and, in the event of a dispute, the courts of Quebec have sole jurisdiction. The mandate is to develop a local road infrastructure intervention plan, in accordance with the requirements of the 2021-2024 Terms and Conditions of the Local Roads Assistance Program (the terms and conditions) and the Guide to developing a road infrastructure plan . intervention 2021-2024 (the guide) of the Ministry.
