This project has been awarded to Dumor Contracting Inc. Bids are to be delivered no later than the prevailing time indicated above, but it is strongly urged that due to potential Covid-19 or other health related restrictions, bids be delivered ahead of the above bid opening time. The City of Clifton is prohibited from publicly opening bids on Mondays or any day directly following a State or Federal holiday, according to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4(a) and 40A:11-23 a and b. General Description of Schultheis Farm Parking Lot Improvements: Expansion and conversion of existing parking lot to porous pavement with improvements to stormwater management. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunity/ Affirmative Action as specified in N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. SCE-R12805.011
