Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clifton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bids shall be delivered to the Finance Office, located on the 2nd Floor of 900 Clifton Ave, Clifton, County of Passaic, New Jersey 07013, attention of the City's Purchasing Agent. The City of Clifton is prohibited from publicly opening bids on Mondays or any day directly following a State or Federal holiday, according to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4(a) and 40A:11-23 a and b. General Description of Oak Ridge Park Improvements: Park improvements include construction of new HMA pathway, post- tension tennis and basketball courts, outdoor fitness stations, fencing, gates, curbs, flagpole, sports equipment, site furnishings, drain age and landscaping. The scope of work shall consist of clearing the site which includes but is not limited to the removal of existing tennis courts, basketball courts, playground area and site improvements which include construction of new HMA pathway, post-tension tennis and basketball courts, outdoor fitness stations, fencing, gates, curbs, flagpole, sports equipment, site furnishings, drainage, landscaping and all else called for in the project documents Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action as specified in N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
