Award amount is $80,539.59** The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting bids through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The scope of work includes the re-shaping of tees and the milling and repaving of existing asphalt pathway and the construction of new asphalt pathway surfaces on the grounds of the Sunset Valley Golf Course located at Hole #12 and #15. Additionally, approximately 110 of 24 culvert piping shall be installed in an area adjacent to parking lot. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00 payable unconditionally to the Morris County Park Commission, Bidder shall submit with the bid a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the Morris County Park Commission stating that it will provide said bidder with a Performance Bond in the full amount of the bid.
