Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 120 Days Other The Improvements under this District Contract consist of FPID 445734-1-52-01, SR 285 from SR 20 (John Sims Parkway) to south of SR 293 (MidBay Connector) in Okaloosa County. Existing travel lanes, auxiliary lanes, and paved shoulders will be resurfaced. Additionally, a new sidewalk will be constructed along the west side of SR 285 from Adams Street to CR 190 (College Boulevard). The existing mast arms at the CR 190 (College Boulevard) intersection will be replaced on the existing foundations. Other improvements include signing & pavement markings, signalization improvements, and ADA improvements. FPID 445734-1- 52-02 consists of adjusting utility manholes and valve boxes Prequalification is required to bid on this project For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00 A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects.
