Renovation of an educational facility in Campbell River, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The installation of two HVAC rooftop units and associated work to ensure operation and integration into the roofing project. Flashing to curbs is outside of this scope. The purchase of the two HVAC rooftop units, Trane DHC060H3RMB D0D1A1B and one Energy Recovery Ventilator Greenheck: ERVe-20-15L has been completed and the units are projected to be on site March 2023. All ducting and preparation will need to be completed prior to the arrival of the physical units.
