Inquiries relative to this RFQ are only to be submitted in writing e-mail to eseoane@flybirmingham.com, no later than the date for "Written Inquiries Accepted Through" set forth in Exhibit 1 Request for quote schedule of the RFQ, which date is ten (10) business days prior to the close of this RFQ (the "Quote Due Date"). Failure to follow this procedure may result in the Proponent being disqualified from participating in this RFQ process. The Authority representative(s) will attempt to answer all written questions received in advance of the Written Inquiries Accepted Through date. Project Scope of work Birmingham Airport has three (3) play areas. They are soft foam sculpted shapes on a soft foam flooring. Dimensions of the Kid Zone A-Concourse, Zone B-Concourse and Zone C-Concourse ae enclosed. Below are pictures of what we currently have. We would prefer to replace all three kid zones play areas with similar soft foam airport theme; but will consider other ideas as long as they are soft foam sculpted. Age group we are targeting is eight and under. The price quoted should include taking down what is currently in place and supplying a dumpster for disposal. Please include pictures, drawings, and description of what you are proposing. Work will have to be done after hours. If work is longer than one week, than employees will have to go through the badging process to be allowed to work without and escort.
