Question Deadline 12/02/2022 at 1:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes The City Project Manager will establish the specific scope and work requirements at such time when the emergency or critical service is needed. In general, the scope of work may include but not be limited to the installation and/or repair of pipes, concrete walls, valves, slide/sluice gates, electrical systems, metal and concrete tanks, sumps, pumps, ducts, and typical wastewater equipment. The work may also involve the removal of hazardous materials. When the Contractors service is required, the City Project Manager will contact the Contractor and issue a work order. The City Project Manager and the Contractor shall mutually agree on the manpower and work requirements before the Contractor dispatches workers to the jobsite. The Contractor shall provide the appropriate services as requested by the City Project Manager. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Liquidated Damages $550 per day Start/Delivery Date March 15, 2023 Project Duration 5 years
