Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade office development.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of a Design-Build Project for the construction of the Spaceport Technology and Reception Center (STARC) building. The Agency in agreement with the Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept all or a portion of a potential Offerors proposal. Question deadline - 25 March 2025 Potential Offerors may submit written questions to the Procurement Manager as to the intent or clarity. All written questions must be addressed to the Procurement Manager as declared in Section I.D. Questions shall be clearly labeled and shall cite the Section(s) in the RFP or other document which form the basis of the question.
