Renovation of an educational facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,550-square-foot educational facility.
New Mexico State University, an equal opportunity affirmative action employer, will accept BIDs for the following project in the office of the Chief Procurement Officer of Procurement Services. Furnish and install a 72 mil minimum, reinforced, feltback PVC elastomeric sheet roofing membrane system with seam ribs. Membrane shall be a high molecular weight PVC polymer membrane. Installed system shall include plates and fasteners, foam adhesion, adhered coverboard and polyisocyanurate insulation board, flashing,sealants and all accessories and labor necessary for a complete insulated sheet roofing assembly. Color to be chosen by Owner and Designer. Furnish and install this membrane roofing system in strict accordance with Drawings and Specifications approved by Roof Systems Manufacturer. If conflicts in application arise, material will be installed in accordance with the manufacturers strictest recommendations.
