Renovation of a multi-residential development in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority (MVPHA) is accepting sealed bids for the following: Roof replacement. Proposers will be notified of the award no later than January 23, 2023. MVPHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities. All bids may be held 30 days. Any technical questions regarding this IFB are to be submitted in writing to Mr. Gilbert Cruz, Mod/Maintenance Manager, to (575) 526-2007 or emailed to gcruz@mvpha.org. NO Telephonic Questions Will Be Accepted. Questions will be accepted until noon on December 23, 2023. MVPHA will issue Addenda, as necessary, on or before January 4, 2023. Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Section 3 clause set forth in 24 CFR Part 135.38 is applicable to this solicitation.
