The description and location of the project is as follows: For the asphalt milling and resurfacing, bridge preservation, culvert preservation, rock scaling, concrete pavement rehabilitation, drainage, guiderail, curb and sidewalk, signing and pavement markings, traffic signals, and other miscellaneous construction, all within a total length of 34,835 linear feet (6.59 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 0008, SECTION A77 and SECTION A78 (William Flinn Highway), in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, RICHLAND, SHALER, AND HAMPTON TOWNSHIPS, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project being situated as follows: For SR 8-A77, from a point approximately 1,375 feet south of Grandview Drive at Segment 0420/0421 Offset 0332/0396 (Station 575+86) to the Butler County line at Segment 0460/0461 Offset 1875/1775 (Station 703+26). For SR 8-A78, from a point approximately 215 feet north of Spencer Lane Extension at Segment 0270/0271 Offset 0270/0270 (Station 172+00) to Wildwood Road at Segment 0340/0341 Offset 1475/1475 (Station 395+95).
