Renovation of a power facility in Chouteau, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
The question submission deadline for this RFQ is December 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM CST. It is the intent of these specifications to describe the requirements and conditions for furnishing and delivering FOB destination, via rail, freight prepaid, one (1) power autotransformer with all equipment, services, accessories, and other material as described herein. GRDA will evaluate bids on the basis of cost per kVA, quoted delivery, weights, dimensions, similarity (both electrical and physical) to existing unit and other considerations. GRDA desires quotations for one (1), three phase, oil-filled autotransformers with tertiary, 240/320/400/448 MVA, 55/65C rise, 345/161/13.2 kV (delta), ONAN/ONAF/ONAF or ONAN/OFAF/ OFAF, 60-Hertz unit with load tap changer (LTC) and surge arresters. The autotransformer will be a spare for several in-service units owned by GRDA in Northeastern Oklahoma.
