The Grand River Dam Authority is seeking responses for Alimak Elevator Inspections and Repairs Vendor to provide inspection and testing of the below listed Rack and Pinion type elevator located at the Grand River Dam Authority, Grand River Energy Center for a 12 month period. Inspections must meet the requirements set forth in the ASME standard A17.1-1996 (Rule 1010.12). Routine, periodic and acceptance inspections specified in Sections 1000 through 1006 shall be included. Routine inspections shall be performed at 3-month intervals (Four inspections Total). Vendor will include in the inspections all preventative maintenance procedures and tests as recommended by the manufacturer at the prescribed intervals. Vendor to bid a labor rate for any repair work or additional inspections or testing in addition to above which may be required in a one year period. Bid to include labor rates/hour, overtime rates, travel time rates, mileage and any other applicable charges. Response time for this work to be within 48 hours.
