Renovation of a power facility in Chouteau, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
As of July 22, 2022, the RFP was cancelled and GRDA is in the process of conducting a RFQ for just one of the units to be replaced. Remove and dispose of existing HVAC unit including recovery of refrigerant; replace with new contractor supplied units. Connect to existing piping and ductwork. Provide all refrigeration and condensate piping as required. Thermostats shall be new for all units. All new equipment shall meet or exceed the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code - Contractor is responsible for ensuring proper operation of all new and/or reinstalled components upon start-up - Contractor shall provide manufacturer documentation on all new components Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to Jeremy Conn via jeremy.conn@grda.com on or before 10:00 AM Central Time on July 12, 2022. No questions may be submitted orally GRDA reserves the right to award multiple contracts, or no contracts, pursuant to this RFP. GRDA anticipates that, if a Contract is awarded pursuant to this RFP, the award will be made on or before: August 2022. GRDA may reject any bid that GRDA considers to be incomplete, improper, or non-responsive, in GRDA's sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, Bids in which the Bidder submits another form of Contract in lieu of the attached Contract. Bids will become the property of GRDA upon submission. Exceptions taken to the Contract terms and/or Bidding Documents may be cause for rejection of a Bid.
