Site work for a civil project in Heber Springs, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
*As of February 2, 2023, a general contractor has been awarded. Construction is scheduled to begin in late February 2023. The Project includes the following Work: 300 LF of clearing and grubbing, ditch grading, rip rap bank stabilization, and miscellaneous and ancillary items as shown on the plans or described in the specifications. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
