The municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Without being limited to it, the works at the main pumping station consist of the upgrading of the ventilation system of the wet well, the replacement of the generator set with a new system which will be installed outside the building, as well as the at the level of the entrance and the electrical distribution of the pumping station. The works also include the replacement of the dry-well submersible pumps and the supply and installation of new starters for them. Only bidders having a place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by a public procurement liberalization agreement concluded with Quebec, and who have obtained in their name, the documents of electronic tender system call for tenders.
