Each bid must be submitted on the Bid Proposal form included in these Bidding Documents. All blank spaces for bid prices must be completed in ink or typewritten, and the Bid Proposal must be completed and executed when submitted. Only one copy of the Bid Proposal is required. The bid must be properly signed with the name and address of the individual, firm, partnership, or corporation clearly shown in the space provided on the Bid form. If the Bidder is a corporation, the title of the signing official and the state in which the corporation was chartered must be shown, along with the corporate seal affixed and attested by the corporation's secretary. Each bid proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside of the sealed envelope shall contain the following information: the name / address of the Bidder and the name of the project, otherwise the bid will not be opened. Bid Proposals may be delivered in person or by mail. If delivered by mail the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope for mailing. Each item of Work shown shall show a unit price with each item correctly extended and totaled. If a discrepancy is determined between the unit price and the extended amount shown the unit price shall govern and the extended amount and total amount corrected. Bid Proposals will be received by the Owner, unless otherwise specified, until the time specified in the Invitation for Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities and technicalities therein.
