THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION, the Integrated Center for Health and Social Services of Montérégie-Centre (CISSSMC), having its head office at 3141 boulevard Taschereau, bureau 220, Greenfield Park, Québec, J4V 2H2 is requesting tenders for the acquisition of the title equipment. Project summary The Ministry of Health and Social Services (MSSS) is building 51 seniors' homes (MDA) throughout Quebec. As part of these projects, the CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre is issuing a public call for tenders for the acquisition of a video surveillance system for its two sites: the MDA of Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu (MDA SJR ) and the MDA of Carignan (MDA CAR). MDA SJR: opening planned for spring 2023
MDA CAR: opening scheduled for fall 2023.

METHOD OF ADJUDICATION: Lowest price DURATION: The Contract remains in force as long as the SUPPLIER has not delivered the Goods to the satisfaction of the PUBLIC BODY or as long as there are warranty obligations of these to be respected. RENEWAL: No renewal BID SECURITY: No bid security required. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: No performance guarantee required. APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS : ACCQO, ALEC RECEIPT AND OPENING OF TENDERS: Tenderers must obtain the documents transmitted through the SEAO. To be valid and considered, tenders must be sent to the file manager and received no later than the date and time indicated in the notice of call for tenders. Submissions transmitted electronically through SEAO are also accepted. Considering the current pandemic period, the opening of bids cannot be done face-to-face. Instead, a link to attend the Teams meeting online will be sent to all bidders who ordered their RFP documents through SEAO.
