This Project consists of a new 26,000 sq ft. Fire station in Lebanon, Oregon. The project is scheduled to begin January, 2023 and be finished March, 2024. The prevailing wage rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon (State ORS 279.348 - 279.380) Lebanon Fire District and Emerick Construction Co. may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed bidding procedures and requirements and may reject all bids if, in the judgment of Lebanon Fire District and Emerick Construction, it is in their best interest to do so. Emerick Construction will be submitting bids to self-perform the following bid packages: Cast in Place Concrete, Rough Carpentry, Misc. Steel Installation, Roof Hatch Install, Doors / Frames / Hardware Install, Fiberglass Windows, Visual Display Unit Install, Wall and Door Protection Install, Toilet, Bath and Laundry Accessories Install, Fire Protection Extinguishers / Cabinets Install, Misc. Specialties Install and Site Furnishings Install. As a requirement of the contract, Emerick will be submitting their self- perform proposals on 12/7/2022 (2 hours before the bid date/time for the Lebanon Fire Main Station Replacement project). Therefore, all supplier bids for the following sections 03 30 00: Cast In Place Concrete / Reinforcing, 03 30 03: Underslab Vapor Retarder, 06 11 00: Wood Framing, 06 15 00: Wood Decking, 06 16 00: Sheathing, 06 17 36: Metal Web Wood Joists, 06 18 00: Glued-Laminated Construction, 08 54 13: Fiberglass Windows If a bidder finds discrepancies in, or omissions from the drawings or documents, or has doubt as to their
