Demolition, site work, paving and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a transportation facility; transportation facility; for asbestos abatement for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work shall consist of two separate operations including but not limited to the following: The ESIP Release Area - Site Prep project consists of the following major elements of construction including but not limited to: Demolition, Clearing & Grubbing, Earthwork, Storm Drainage, and Erosion Control. The Project will have two (2) phases of work and therefore includes an add alternate bid for the second phase of the Project. The first phase of the Project to be done in the Base Bid includes: Building & Foundation Demolition including Asbestos Abatement and Lead Paint and Universal Watse handling and disposal, Clearing & Grubbing of the entire site including Select Hand Clearing, Pavement Demolition, Power Line Demolition, Substation Demolition, Water Line Demolition, Sewer Line Demolition, Silt Fencing, Earthwork for the initial Sediment Basins and Diversion Ditches including ill placement, Initial Erosion Control Measures including Construction Exits and Concrete Washout, Installation of the Outlet Control Structures, Emergency Overflows, Forebay Berms, and all other appurtenances for the Sediment Basins, Outlet Protection, Erosion Control Channel Matting, and Temporary & Permanent Seeding of all disturbed areas on site. The second phase of the Project to be done in the Add Alternate includes: Railroad Track Demolition, Mass Grading Earthwork, interior Storm Drainage installation, modification and maintenance of the Erosion & Sediment Control measures including Silt Fence, Diversion Ditches, Inlet & Outlet Protection, Erosion Control Slope Matting, and Temporary & Permanent Seeding of all disturbed areas on site.
