The building is constructed of a Type-IIB construction type. The primary structural frame is a steel column and beam system with a composite concrete deck. The partitions are constructed of light-gauge metal studs. CMU walls are used for bracing and shear as well as to create many of the shaft-wall conditions. The roof is an 80mil. TPO "gray" roof. The walls are primarily clad with Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) panels.
