Ocean Dr. Bridge over the Oso Bay has been selected by TxDOT for replacement under the Highway Bridge Program. The Highway Bridge Program (HBP) is a federal-aid program that provides funding to enable states to improve the condition of highway bridges through replacement, rehabilitation and systematic preventive maintenance. This project is included in the city's 2023-2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
