Demolition, site work, paving, outdoor lighting, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of this project is the rehabilitation of all baseball fields within the Corpus Christi area, the work performed will include different essentials at the each of the fields. Phase 1 will include Westside Pony 3 baseball fields improvements to include concession stand remodel, lighting improvements, synthetic turf on the infield of three fields, demolish old restrooms and build new restrooms, bleachers, irrigation on all 3 fields, new fencing. International Westside 2 youth baseball fields to include parking lot restripe, new irrigation for one fields, shade structures, bleachers and new fencing. Sparkling City 4 youth softball fields parking lot extension, new irrigation for all four fields, shade structures and new fencing. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
