Buffalo County Fairgrounds, commonly known as Buffalo County Ag Association, is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for a construction project that includes, but it is not necessarily limited to, general construction, structural, mechanical, and electrical work for the completion of HVAC upgrades at the existing Buffalo County Exhibit Building. The project site will be available immediately upon Buffalo County issuing a Notice to Proceed, with construction to commence on or about January 3rd, 2023. Buffalo County s goal for substantial completion of the project is May 1st, 2023. Bidders may propose an alternative date for substantial completion and such date, if any, must be included on the Bid Form that the Bidder submits. Bidders may attend the site to walk-through to familiarize themselves with existing conditions and scope of work. Bidders shall submit any questions via email to Dave Roseberry at droseberry@buffalocountyfairgrounds.com or Greg Koll at gkoll@stratdesign.net specified above will not be allowed and will be returned to the bidder. Faxed bids are not allowed. Any bid received after the deadline will not be opened or considered and will be returned to bidder. Bids shall be submitted with one prime bid by one General Contractor that includes all subcontracts. The bid will be awarded after the review of all bids. The winning bid shall be announced at the next Fairgrounds Board Meeting after the bid date.
