Renovation of a fire / police facility in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Scope Remove and dispose of the existing singly ply membrane roofing material down to but excluding the existing roof insulation. Mechanically fasten a 1/2 " thick protection board over the existing insulation and provide a new modified bituminous roofing system, as specified, over protection board. Replace all edge strips, cants, and flashings. Re-flash all roof drains, scuppers, and roof penetrations. Provide walk pads to all roof top equipment. For Fire Station 1 New Roof If an electronic bid is submitted, be sure to insert your Louisiana state contractor's license number in the field provided when the bid with alternates amounts to $50,000 or more. Also, insert the number assigned by the designer to each addenda received (i.e. 1, 2, 3, etc.) or zero, if none, in the additional field provided.
