TYPE OF WORK: Mill Bituminous Surface, Bituminous Overlay, Aggregate Shoulders, and Striping STPX 6402(059),S.P. 64-613 Construction Location:On CSAH 13 from South County Line to the Jct. CSAH 2. Expected Award Date:12/27/2022 Project Start Date:05/01/2024 Construction Start Date:05/01/2024 Construction End Date:08/01/2023 We performed our scope of services for the project in accordance with our Proposal QTB135648 to Mr. Anthony Sellner, dated March 19, 2021, and authorized on March 31, 2021. The following list describes the tasks completed in accordance with our authorized scope of services. Reviewing the background information and reference documents previously cited. Selected and staking coring locations. We acquired the location and surface elevations (at every other exploration location) with GPS technology. The Coring Location Sketch included in Appendix A shows the approximate locations of the cores. Performing 70 bituminous cores along the roadway alignment, denoted as C-1 to C-70. Performing a hand auger boring in every other core hole to estimate the thickness of the aggregate base. Performing a hand auger boring in shoulder area (2 feet off shoulder) at every other core location to estimate the thickness of the aggregate shoulder. Performing FWD testing to obtain estimate of subgrade R-value.
