Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Redwood Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a industrial development; for site work for a industrial development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Lower Sioux Indian Community in the State of Minnesota (the Community and Owner), acting through its Community Council of the Lower Sioux Indian Reservation (Community Council), is requesting Proposals (RFP) from design-builders to design and build the Lower Sioux Industrial Hemp Campus Facility (the Project) located two potential sites described as follows: Proposed Site #1: on a 7.56-acre lot south of County Road 24 within the Lower Sioux Reservation in Redwood County, Minnesota. Proposed Site #2: southwest corner of the amphitheater parking lot, located at the northeast corner of County Highway 24 and Omega Avenue within the Lower Sioux Reservation in Redwood County, Minnesota. The Owner will select a design-build entity team consisting of a general contractor, architect, key consultants, and key trade contractors (collectively the Design-Builder) based on qualifications and proposed fees (a design competition will not be utilized). The Proposal must include all relevant qualifications of the Design-Builder (including construction experience, professional discipline, specialties) and other information necessary for the Community to evaluate the Design-Builders demonstrated understanding of the Project requirements, technical approach, work plan, technical capabilities, demonstrated experience in performing similar work, and demonstrated successful past performance. This RFP sets forth the process and terms for the Project and the qualifications and time periods pertaining to it. All items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Project will be considered by the Design-Builder and included the Proposal. Design-Builders are invited to do a pre-submission site inspection and can make an appointment to do so with the Owner. The Owner reserves all rights under, and consistent with, applicable laws and regulations to accept any proposal, or to reject any or all proposals, or parts of such proposals, and waive informalities or irregularities in proposals.
