Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas Questions concerning this project shall be emailed directly to Chuck Samson at csamson@tylertexas.com. 2023 Asphalt Crack Seal Project The project includes: 120,000 lbs of Asphalt Pavement Crack Sealing using a hot crack seal for numerous streets in the City of Tyler. Project also includes 600 tons of asphalt pavement repair. Total of approximately 80 lane miles (based on 12 foot lane width). Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. See Section 19, "Certificate of Interested Parties".
