Funding for This Project is Provided by the Land & Water Conservation Fund Grant Through the Department of the Interior. This is a federally assisted project. Contractors and subcontractors performing work under this advertisement are bound by the requirements of President's Executive Order 11246 as amended by Executive Order 11375; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
