Project work will consist of the installation of a 45-kW emergency generator and automatic transfer switch at the Town of Lisbon Highway Garage. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the Office of the Engineer, Tisdel Associates, at the address stated above upon deposit of $100.00 per set. Refund bidder $100.00 first set and $50.00 all other sets. Refund non-bidder $50.00 all sets. If mailing of documents is required, a separate check payable to Tisdel Associates in the amount of $15.00 per set (non-refundable) must be included to cover shipping and handling fees. The Contract Documents may also be obtained on a compact disc (CD) with all drawings and documents in PDF format. The cost of the CD is $25/per disc which includes shipping. This fee is non-refundable. Contract Documents, including the plans and specifications, remain the property of the Engineer and must be returned in good condition within thirty (30) days after award of Contract or rejection of bids. Any document holder returning Contract Documents in good condition will be refunded their plan deposit amount as set forth above. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form, amount and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities if, in its opinion, such action is in their best interest. The attention of the bidder is particularly called to the requirements of conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid.
