Description: 259 CR 30 Lisbon, New York 13658 cope of Work Items - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include: Drill a New Functional Code Complaint Well, Plumb & Connect to existing structure, Install & Connect New On Demand Hot Water Heater .Additionally, the Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors per Code. The contractor will ensure that to the greatest extent feasible opportunities for training and employment arising in connection with this NYS CDBG-assisted project will be extended to lower-income project area residents. Further, the contractor will, to the greatest extent feasible, utilize business concerns located in or substantially owned by residents of the project area, in the award of contracts and purchase of services and supplies. The attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to lead certifications. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.
