The work consists of providing the following chemicals (and estimated quantities) for the wastewater treatment plant operations in the 2023 calendar year: Chemical (Estimated Quantity) Nitrate Solution (100,000 gallons) Propane (75,000 gallons) Ferric Chloride (110,000 gallons) All questions shall be asked via the Questions and Answers section electronically However, it is understood that the City is not obligated to contract for any minimum amount of product during the period of this contract. Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any or all bids, to accept the bid or part it deems most favorable to the City after the Bids have been examined and checked, and subject to the approval of the City Manager. No Bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after being publicly opened and read.
