Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Marysville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than October 28, 2022. ODOT pre-qualified bidders are eligible to submit bids for this Project. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid, at the time of award, and through the life of the construction contract. The Board of Commissioners of Union County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items, or to waive any informalities in any bid(s), and to award the contract to the lowest and best bidder in accordance with Section 307.86 of the Ohio Revised Code as determined by the Board of Commissioners of Union County.
