Legal Notice Request for Proposals Sealed Proposals Will Be Received by the Board of County Commissioners, Union County Ohio for: Union County "middle-mile" Fiber Network Construction Union County Is Seeking Sealed Proposals Under R.c. 307.862 From Qualified Vendors to Build a "middle-mile" Fiber Optic Network Throughout Union County, Ohio Which Would Connect County and Township Offices, Public Safety, Populated Areas, and Some K12 Locations. The Board Understands That the Creation of the Fiber Optic Network Infrastructure Can Be Accomplished in a Variety of Ways. Therefore, the Board Seeks Proposals Based on Best Practice Solutions Used by Private or Public Entities to Accomplish This Goal. The submitted bids shall be clearly marked "UNION COUNTY MIDDLE-MILE FIBER NETWORK CONSTRUCTION" on the front of the envelope or the top of the package that encloses the proposal documents.
