Proposals for: Division F - Polished Concrete, Division J - General Trades Division K - Roofing / Sheet Metal Division L - Aluminum / Glass Division M - Metal Panels Division N - Drywall & Acoustical Division O - Flooring Division P - Wood Flooring Division Q - Painting Division R - Gym Equipment Division T - Elevator Division X - Communications Division Z - Pool Tile Division AA - Track Flooring All proposals must be sealed in envelopes, plainly labeled Proposal for Plainwell Community Schools - Middle School Pool & Gym Addition, Bid Division. Any questions or RFIs should be submitted in writing to David Beckering; email: djb@beckering.com No Pre-Bid Meeting has been scheduled. All proposals shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and any employee of the School District or member of the Board of Education. Proposals that are not accompanied by this sworn and notarized statement of disclosure will not be accepted. All proposals shall be accompanied by Affidavit of Compliance - Iran Economic Sanctions Act in compliance with Iran linked business within the meaning of the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012. Proposals that are not accompanied by this Affidavit of Compliance will not be accepted. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid in the form of a bid bond, certified or cashiers check is required and payable to Plainwell Community Schools. Performance, labor and material bond costs (which cover 100% of the value of the project) should be bid separately on the line provided on the bid form. Do not include the cost of PLM Bonds in your base bid. Applicable Michigan sales and use tax apply to this project. Prevailing wages DO NOT apply to this project. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in proposals. Proposals shall remain firm for sixty (60) days from date of bid opening. *Estimate listed is for entire Pool and Gym Addition project.
