Saving Project...

Site work, paving and new construction of a stadium in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,000-seat stadium; for site work for a stadium; and for paving for a stadium.

Project consists of a new stadium to be built on the U.S. Pipe and Wheland Foundry sites. The project design will preserve historic elements of the property while providing access to the Tennessee Riverwalk. As of August 8, 2023, a construction manager has been awarded and an architect has been identified. Construction is expected to commence fall 2023 and complete in time for Opening Day, spring 2025. As of November 20, 2023, the construction manager has released the initial bid packages for this project. As of August 16, 2025, this project is now underway. Schedule is now slated to be completed spring 2026.
