Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project includes the streetscaping of Old Monrovia Road from Corporate Drive to University Drive and intersection improvement at Old Monrovia and Sanderson Street. Major items of work will include landscaped median construction, asphalt pavement milling and overlay, storm sewer piping, streetlighting, concrete sidewalks, landscaping and irrigation. Each bid shall be accompanied by an original signed, dated and sealed Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total shown on the schedule of prices, but not exceeding $10,000.00. Quantities are known as Attachment “A”. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of opening.
