Renovation of a multi-residential development in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a 192-unit multi-residential development.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the municipal housing apartment complex. The scope of the project includes the refurbishment of buildings, rehabilitation of systems/infrastructure of the complex. The works of all disciplines are planned in ten buildings housing 192 residential units and will be carried out in several phases in order to allow the owner to gradually relocate the tenants. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway and are being prepared by construction packages. Plans of the first construction package have been completed and the owner has issued a tender for the first phase contractor that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Refurbishment of Buildings, Infrastructure and Site - Phase 1 - La Pépinière Housing. Construction start of this phase is preliminary slated for spring/early summer 2026. Subsequent tenders are anticipated starting fall 2026. Further update at that time.
