This request is for a competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) to select a contractor for the Economy Parking Lot Phase I Rehabilitation Project at Denver International Airport (DEN). The existing asphalt pavement surface of the southern half of the east economy lot will be rehabilitated, primarily, via a 5-inch thin concrete overlay (white topping). Rehabilitation in the shuttle route and areas affected by a groundwater will be a concrete pavement section via full depth reconstruction.
