Scope of Work: This project is for the procurement of LED traffic signals/modules and Pedestrian Signals in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements for the Broward County Traffic Engineering Division (BCTED) and various other Broward County agencies that may have a need for these products. Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace. Refer to Office of Economic and Small Business Development Procurement Preferences for Broward County Small Business Enterprises and County Business Enterprises section for additional information. Item Response Form: Quantities listed on the Item Response Form are estimated for an Initial Term of three (3) years. The sum of all line items will be the Vendor's Initial Three-Year Contract Period/Term price. Multiple Awards: The County reserves the right to make multiple awards for this contract. Please refer to the Special Instructions to Vendors for additional information. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope. Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the County to receive a valid response through Periscope. Refer to the Purchasing Division website or contact Periscope for submittal instructions. It is the Vendor's sole responsibility to ensure its response is submitted and received through Periscope by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Periscope, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact Periscope for technical assistance. Contract duration: 3 years Contract renewal: 2 annual renewals
