The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the "Purchaser"), invites Contractors to submit Offers for the provision of grass cutting services at all or any of the sites specified, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions specified in the attached Tender documents. Contracts will be awarded on a site by site basis. Any Contract(s) awarded shall commence on award of contract and shall be completed on or about the end of the 2023 grass cutting season, to the full satisfaction of the Purchaser. It is expressly agreed that the Purchaser shall have the option to extend any contracts made with the successful Respondent(s) for one (1) additional one-year period.
