OCH is seeking to prequalify various skilled trades and general contractors to develop standing offer agreements. The work includes various on demand residential maintenance repairs and services, valued at less than $10,000 per job. OCH performs many on demand repairs which vary in size, scope, trade requirements, schedule requirements and cost, and spends an estimated $2.5M per year on these services. The Scope of Work includes the provision of the following service categories: Plumbing Services Electrical Services Bathtub Replacement Bathtub Refinishing Closet Door Replacement / Installation Sewer and Drain Cleaning Proponents may bid on any or all scope(s), according to the capability and capacity of their organization.
