The County of Eddy seeks sealed qualifications-based proposals from qualified companies that can do business in the State of New Mexico to provide services as follows. The County will consider proposals from qualified candidates to provide necessary on-call Landscaping new construction, installation, maintenance and grounds keeping services to ALL Eddy County facilities and properties. Deadline to Submit Questions November 18, 2022 Response to Written Questions November 22, 2022 Potential Offerors may submit written questions as to the intent or clarity of this RFP until 5:00 PM MDT If you have any questions you may contact the Eddy County Procurement Manager The scope of the procurement consists of identifying companies to provide professional services for Community Services projects and is open to the use of this solicitation by other Eddy County Departments. The term of this contract shall be for one (1) year. The County reserves the right to extend any contract, on an annual basis (or any portion thereof) and by mutual agreement, for up to three (3) additional years. Under no circumstances will the term of this contract, including any extensions thereto, exceed four (4) years. This procurement will result in a multi-source award. There is no guarantee that the option will be exercised on any or all of the awarded contracts. There is no guarantee of a task order on any or all of the awarded contracts. The County will abide by all portions of New Mexico State Statute 13-1-154, regarding contract limits and terms. . Eddy County reserves the right to reject any declarations of exception that are not accompanied by the required documentation or to accept or reject any proposal based on any exception taken.
